These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "you", "your") and jomjudi ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the services available at jomjudi.win. By registering an account or using any jomjudi service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
All jomjudi accounts are strictly for adults aged 21 years or above. Registration constitutes your representation that you meet this age requirement. jomjudi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
Each individual is permitted to hold one registered jomjudi account. Duplicate accounts sharing the same verified identity, payment method, device, or IP address are not permitted and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
All financial transactions on jomjudi are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jomjudi processes withdrawals to verified accounts only — same-day for most methods.
All promotional bonuses and free bets offered by jomjudi are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Attempting to abuse promotional structures will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly provides otherwise:
2.1 To register a jomjudi Account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural individual person (corporate registrations are not permitted); (c) provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details; and (d) not be subject to any self-exclusion period on the jomjudi platform.
2.2 jomjudi operates a strict one-account policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account at any time. Where duplicate accounts are identified — whether through shared identity documents, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — jomjudi reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void pending bets, and retain any balances pending investigation.
2.3 jomjudi reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any Member at any time, including but not limited to: national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of any associated balance pending compliance review.
2.4 By completing registration, you represent and warrant to jomjudi that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms. You further agree to promptly notify jomjudi of any changes to your registered information.
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jomjudi login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. In the event you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jomjudi's support team immediately via on-site live chat. jomjudi will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend Account activity pending resolution.
3.3 Accurate Information Maintenance. You must keep your registered account information accurate and current. If any registered information changes — including contact details, residential address, or payment method ownership — you must update your Account details or notify jomjudi support without undue delay.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your jomjudi Account, any associated Wallet balance, and any earned bonuses or rewards are personal to you and are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights or interests therein to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jomjudi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), and GrabPay. Additional methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at jomjudi's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the jomjudi Cashier at the time of the transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the same Account, subject to identity verification. jomjudi will not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts or accounts not registered in the Member's verified name. jomjudi aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day; actual crediting to your payment provider is subject to the provider's own processing timelines.
4.4 Currency. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jomjudi does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs incurred on your end are your sole responsibility.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jomjudi is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. jomjudi reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any Account and to withhold processing of any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
5.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game category available on jomjudi — including but not limited to Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, and Lottery — is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or product section. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. jomjudi reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where jomjudi reasonably believes a bet has been placed in error, is based on manipulated information, or where acceptance would be contrary to jomjudi's risk management policies.
5.3 Void Bets. jomjudi reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including: manifest pricing errors, system malfunctions, corrupted data feeds, or events that are cancelled or otherwise cannot be settled according to their intended terms. In such circumstances, the original stake will be returned to your jomjudi Wallet.
5.4 Technical Interruptions. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or service interruption during the course of a game or bet, jomjudi will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of any affected game. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. jomjudi is not liable for any claims arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
5.5 Lottery Draws. Lottery results are final once officially published. jomjudi's lottery products are subject to the specific draw rules and payout structures published within the Lottery section of the platform. jomjudi is not responsible for any discrepancy between published results and a Member's expectation based on externally sourced information.
6.1 jomjudi offers various promotional bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and reload promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including eligible games, minimum odds requirements, wagering multipliers, and expiry periods. Members are responsible for reading all applicable promotion terms before claiming.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a jomjudi Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. jomjudi takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using wagering patterns designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion with other Members to collectively exploit promotional structures. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus forfeited, their Account suspended, and any winnings derived from the abuse voided.
6.4 jomjudi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. jomjudi's decision on any matter relating to promotions is final and binding.
7.1 In addition to conduct specifically prohibited elsewhere in these Terms, Members must not engage in any of the following when using jomjudi Services:
7.2 jomjudi reserves the right to take all actions it deems necessary in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets, withholding of balances pending investigation, and reporting of relevant matters to appropriate authorities.
8.1 All content on the jomjudi platform — including but not limited to the jomjudi brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of jomjudi or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jomjudi platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jomjudi content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jomjudi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use jomjudi Services, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.
9.2 jomjudi does not warrant that the platform will operate continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party infrastructure issues may result in temporary service unavailability. jomjudi will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify Members of planned maintenance periods.
9.3 You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that participation in jomjudi Services is at your own risk. jomjudi provides Services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that any particular outcome or return will be achieved by any Member.
9.4 In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, jomjudi's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10.1 jomjudi is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all Members from within the jomjudi Account dashboard at any time:

11.1 By jomjudi. jomjudi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where jomjudi reasonably determines that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is associated with fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity; (c) the Member has failed to comply with verification requirements; or (d) the continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, reputational, or legal risk to jomjudi. Where an Account is closed by jomjudi as a result of a breach, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation and recovery of jomjudi's legitimate interests.
11.2 By the Member. Members wishing to permanently close their jomjudi Account must contact the support team via on-site live chat. Pending bets will be settled according to normal rules. Verified balances remaining after settlement of pending transactions will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable period following account closure.
12.1 jomjudi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via the email address held on file or by prominent notice on the jomjudi platform. Your continued use of jomjudi Services following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using jomjudi Services and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of jomjudi Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the terms of the licensing authority under which jomjudi operates.
13.2 In the event of a dispute, Members should contact jomjudi's support team in the first instance to seek informal resolution. jomjudi will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Where informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute resolution provisions of jomjudi's applicable operating licence shall govern further proceedings.
13.3 jomjudi's determination of the outcome of any game, bet, or account review is final in the first instance. However, Members retain the right to escalate unresolved complaints to the applicable regulatory dispute resolution process available under jomjudi's operating licence terms.
